The problems new projects hit first.
Config not found
Check --root. There is no upward search; specistry.config.ts must sit directly at that root.
The build wrote nothing
The build refuses to write while any error remains. Run validate to see them all at once.
My page is not in the sidebar
Once navigation is set, only listed pages appear. Look for NAVIGATION_PAGE_ORPHANED.
Try it fails with a network error
Your API must allow the docs origin through CORS, and the environment must be listed in playground.environments.
A link works locally but fails the build
Links resolve against routes, not files. Drop the .md extension: ./quickstart, not ./quickstart.md.
